Thoughtful Thursdays: Fall/Winter Coaching Cohort

Dive deeper into the Thoughtful Thursday Topics through this group coaching experience. Deepen your insights and develop personalized strategies for success. You'll walk away with skills and practices that keep you grounded and help you live more intentionally. Close out the coaching process with individualized support from Kacie. Your ticket gets you access to 5 coaching sessions:  4 groups + 1 individual. 

We'll meet at 11 am each month on the following schedule: 

September: Realistic Resilience- 9/26 - TA Downtown

October: Motivation and Follow-through- 10/17- TA CWE

November: Health and the Holidays- 11/14- TA Downtown

December: End of Year Reflections- 12/12- TA Downtown

January: New Beginnings in 2025- Get 1:1 support from Kacie (scheduled individually)
